Waiver wire - Ernie Clement, career minor leaguer Nathan Lukes, also minor leaguer Straw, Not sure if big leaguer Addison Barger, a pitcher who was in High ball 5 months ago, Tyler Heinman hitting like .300 hitter in reg season. A resurgence in Springer, many of ya'll wanted him waived after last season, Schinder who we didn't know if he was big leaguer, or Quad A player, was back and forth...

Like just that, we'll never be repeated again...
You just don't know in baseball which is why it's the hardest sport.

Look at Mookie. He's a sure fire hall of famer and can't get on base to save his life this post season.

Trey Yesavage took a goddamn buzzsaw to a Yankees lineup that led the league in WRC+ (Who have Bellinger, Judge, Stanton, Jazz, and Rice) and the Dodgers who were 2nd in WRC+ (With a lineup of Ohtani, Betts, Freeman, Smith and Muncy). As a rookie that started in A ball. You will never see a rookie pitching performance like this ever again.

and Mookie still has the opportunity to hit a game winning HR in game 7....anything can still happen.

Him sucking for most of the series won't matter at that point.

Too steep is relative. For the average joe I’m sure it’s pretty **** steep.

Scherzer just said he had to stand up to the nerds in the post-game interview

What a pitcher

HOLY HECK.

Jays could have left their bats in the dugout after the third pitch and still would have won this game.

That makes three strong wins, and two tough loses.

Bring on Yamamoto.

Exactly, so you have to take advantage, can't be oh shucks/oh well it was a good season, we'll never repeat this kind of everything breaking right (For most part) again....

I don’t this time but I did have a GA in game 1.

My advice is show up in the afternoon (I got there around 3:30 last Friday but it might take getting there earlier this time around if more people have the same idea) and then go to the flight deck when they open the gates. You’ll likely get a good spot that way, helps to have a group of people too to hold spots.

Get there early, and head to the infield. Game 1 ALDS and Game 6 ALCS I did that, and ended up standing right behind home plate with nobody standing in front of me.

There's no bar there (it's right behind the accessible seating), so you need to put your drink on the floor when you're not holding it, but you can't beat the view.

Appreciate the advice. I’ve been thinking about this the entire week. Never had GA tickets before.

If you’re tall, you’ll also still likely be able to see behind short people anyway in the first standing rows (which I’ve also done in this playoff run). But I prefer the first approach.
