The last time a Toronto team lost in the final round of one of the Major 3 North American sports leagues was 1961. Lets not break that streak.

While there is thankfully a cushion here in case Yamamoto shuts us down again, I think with all the crazy moments and overcoming adversity we've seen from this team, getting to Yamamoto would be the best and most fitting final trick for this insane playoff run. Let's end it here, please.

Maybe. They handed it to Snell twice now. It seems like its more if they wake up or not.

This Blue Jay's team is amazing to watch, we do not have the huge names or the hype, but still find a way to win.

What a ride.

Btw, so much credit has to go to Guerrero Jr for carrying this club. Obviously not alone, but he played up to his salary and more. MVP

I’m not trying to be rude, but Guerrero, Bichette, Springer are some pretty big names… not to mention we have Kirk, gausman, bieber, who are multiple time all stars. That being said I agree we haven’t really gotten the hype…

Again I keep comparing this team to the 2019 raptors, but when it’s all said and done we’re gonna look back at this team and realize we were pretty stacked. Just super underrated because of media perception and bias.

I've been hating on Vlad for awhile and been hating on him ever since he got his contract, but the man has delivered big time so far this playoffs. Bo Bichette has also came in clutch 2 games in a row with RISP now.

One of my favourite runs from all of my teams. Similar to 2019.
Just all likeable guys and just has a certain belief. Let’s finish the job

I think we close this out on Friday. Dodgers don't look hungry for the back-to-back.

Lets get it. Finish this in October!!!

Dodgers Fans finally admitting they underestimated the Blue Jays. We did too at the beginning of the season. Shout out to Shankins to get Beiber at the deadline and develop secret weapon in Yesavage for the playoff run. We would not be as competitive and dominant with Berrios arm As well too the tired arms of Lauer/Bassit/Max would not be as good as Bieber/Yesavage for all our playoff games

Kinda wish gausman would pitch game 7, incase Yamamoto is lights out again, then gausman is not wasted..we then have an advantage in game 7 with him, plus yesavage could pitch few innings in game 7

i don't have a ton of confidence that we'll get to yamamoto, but i do have confidence that he doesn't go the distance again and we'll win this late by getting to their pen. keep it close and this is a W.

Bautista outplays his contract by more than $70 million over the next four seasons (2013-2016).

Not a fan of that mentality. You'd be conceding both that Gausman is worse than Yamamoto and that you've essentially given up on trying to get to Yama, both very bad signals to send to the team and the fans. If our offense happens to tag 3 or 4 runs on him and you have someone other than Gausman out there, you might be regretting that decision. Anything can happen in a Game 7. I'd like for the team to go all out and treat this like a Game 7 vs Yamamoto.

Yamamoto has been built up into such a bogeyman in our minds because of Game 2. But he's not a robot, he's capable of being hit just like anyone else. I think if this team wants to be champs they have to prove they're up to this final Yamamoto challenge.

Also like no point of giving this Dodgers team any confidence, they basically had 3 hard hit balls all game yday (2 from Shohei and 1 from K.Hernandez). This is a team that is feeling the weight of the "super team/best team ever", Mookie looks like a shelf of his former self rn. You gotta go for it, I said yday if you did this and lost 6-4 youd be thinking "why didnt our ace pitch this game". 2nd time were getting to see Yamo and got all day to grind the Trajekt machine. I trust this offense can get to him.
