How come a hamstring injury can take so long? There must be more to this injury that they are telling. I was such a fan of his in the draft process, this is really sad.

There was some potential but once I saw how much he fumbled, I was out. 8 fumbles on around 360 touches....that's one fumble for every 45 touches which is on the high side in NCAA. To compare Bijan had 3 in about 600 touches and Charbonnet had 4 in about 600 touches.

Dude's just made of glass and it's time to move on. The rumors about them shopping for a RB make a lot more sense now.

They'll definitely need to look for another RB to help Jacobs and for the future. With how weak this RB draft class is, I can see why they have been linked to Achane.

This Achane rumour might look like GB just looking for depth but it's actually something that can make this offense unstoppable. Lloyd was supposed to be this homerun hitter in the backfield that can go out wide and run routes like a receiver. This is why they drafted him. In other words they need another Aaron Jones.

The good RB fit that would cost us cheap would be Rico Dowdle. His deal is only this year, and CAR already has Hubbard on a multi-year deal.

The problem is that CAR is only a game out of the Wild Card and would want to keep him.

Do we even know if Lloyd is alive?

Last night, we saw Brunson tear his hamstring and come back after the commercial break, but we don't even know if Lloyd has even been in the building.

From what I've read, CAR is likely going to go back to Dowdle as the primary back. They might look to extend him and trade Hubbard instead.

I wouldn't mind seeing if a corner upgrade is possible, but not at giving up too much.

Every superbowl we always had one corner truly step up or solidify the secondary.

Hobbs is a slot CB.

If Valentine or Nixon get injured, putting Hobbs back outside would be no bueno.

Philly and LA Rams both acquired CBs this week for a swap of late picks (or for very little).

Would not mind getting a live body to be boundary CB3.

I trust your opinion.. Not sure why but I have a feeling you have an appreciation for cb play and know what you are talking about.

Rasul Douglas would be nice for a conditional 7th round pick.

I'd definitely like to add a corner. I'd also be interested in a run-stuffing DT.

Douglas is not what they need for a CB. Packers traded him at the right time.

Pretty damn good accomplishment, considering he is either routinely double teamed, held, or both on most plays.
