Watched the Jazz last night and I think Ace has a long way to go before he’s a real NBA player. He frankly looked a little lost out there. He just turned 19 and played in a chaotic college environment so I wouldn’t freak out if I were a Jazz fan, but they should prepare themselves for a long development period.

I feel bad for Queen. He’s constantly carrying the weight of unrealistic expectations after the Pels traded up just to draft him.

Jeremiah Fears continues to play well. He had like 4 TOs but he shot well and had a good all around game.

CMB was much active this game. Well, he wasn’t facing Wemby nor the Rockets’ giant line-up this time around.

Bailey looking bad but i think he will improve a lot in a couple of years, he needs to get stronger, improve his handle and become a better shooter. Thats a lot of things, but his potential is probably top 3 in this draft.

This is a really good group of rookies, it’s been exciting to have League Pass this year because so many of them are worth watching.

Reminds me (builtwise) of T-Mac.
His first 2 seasons were also subpar.

Don't know he will ever reach that status

True, but could you imagine this fan base seeing this production, or lack there of? We would have been losing our minds.

Don't think we could afford the gamble and the waiting for his development.

Certainly because VJ has shown to be a great player by himself. It's possible that, in the end, Bailey turned other the better player, but it's won't be by a margin. We chose wisely for the one with the higher floor. And that floor seems to be pretty damn high tbh
