I've seen enough from Kolek to know that he is good. He can make passes and dribble under pressure in ways that Hart can't. He is also currently a better shooter than Hart.

However, Kolek needs more playing time to build rhythm with the rest of the team so they know when to expect his passes.

If he can't play for the Knicks, Kolek is likely to succeed on another team.
