Because there is a log jam at the wing and there are guys with higher draft status that they are invested in and want to try and give every chance to succeed ahead of him.

And he’s very fundamentally sound defensively. Doesn’t make mistakes.

He's better defensively than Gradey, that's for sure. Decent rounder too.

They always talk about how Gradey is "more than a shooter". Sure......but is he good enough to do anything more than shoot wide open 3's? I would say no. It's one thing to be able to do more.....but can you do those things consistently at an NBA level?

Doubt Darko will ever do that. FO has too much invested into GD as a lottery pick.

They're trying to win games this year. Darko's job is potentially at risk for probably the first time. If things keep going the way they have, he's going to play who is helping him win games.
