Giddey's contract is looking like an absolute bargain.
Why so serious?

Yes. There are absolutely no minutes for him. I’m really interested to see how we are going to get Coby 30 minutes. No one deserves to lose playing time when he comes back.

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.
NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

Maybe not singing, but I'm warming up my vocal chords.

Thats a concern for me. I really love our rotation, just insert Collins. I feel chemistry would change when Coby is back.

Now if we can get Ayo and Coby back on steals as well, then we are cooking.

He's just a good all around player.

Man if this real it’s going to be a crazy off-season if they want continuity. Vuc, Ayo, Huerter and Coby will all be free agents. I’m actually worried Coby could hurt chemistry when he comes back.

The only way I see this happening is if they going far in the playoffs this season, and they simply just want to remain with THIS team, and the group of players and coaches.
I wouldn't say it's impossible, but if they are seeking the biggest contract available, one of them will need to go, but if they are willing to stay with this team, then I could see them both taking a cut to keep the team intact and I don't think that possibility would be a zero, because they just seem like team first players.
It's going to be a curious side plot to keep an eye on. But the three headed back court monster of Ayo, Coby and Giddey is definitely worth considering to keep long term moving forward.
Why so serious?

Bogans was better.
Okoro will be better soon enough. How much better? Probably not a ton, but he's way below his career norms. No way he's this bad all season.
Okoro had great spacing in Cleveland. I don't think he is getting the window he was getting last year. His release needs to be faster if he wants to get those corner 3s up.
That's my impression too.
Giddey, on the other hand, has gotten just a little bit quicker and more aggressive and definitely stronger, and it's all just coming together for him. This was almost a flawless game

Re: PG: First time in 29 years
Coby and Josh already established amazing chemistry
Hell, that whole team had great chemistry after the deadline.
I don’t think adding an efficient, unselfish, 24ppg scorer will be as bad as you all think. Coby is essential.
He’s also a phenomenal driver and finisher

Re: PG: First time in 29 years
Thoughts:
Bulls responded very patiently throughout the 3rd and 4th quarter storm when Knicks was making series of runs. It was frustrating to watch because Knicks was locked in and really pressuring on both ends. Bulls stuck with moving the ball, resulting in a few last second desperation shots. Luckily Bulls made enough shots to not let the Knicks take the lead (thanks to Ayo). I see the Bulls being patient with moving the ball in that situation as positive sign. It shows trust in the process and the brand of basketball they're playing. I think it contributes to the bounce back in the 4th. They stuck to it and when the Knicks show signs of cracks it broke through.
Coby could probably help us in those dry 3rd and 4th quarter stretches. But I actually think it's probably a blessing in disguise that he's out during this 5-0 stretch. It builds identity. I could easily see the team got lazy and fall back on Coby hero ball.
If Bulls maintain winning record until ASB, Giddey is a lock for All-Star selection.
Bulls are really active defensively. Everybody.
Ayo has matured into a really solid 2-way veteran. He's definitely one of the leader of this team.

Doesn’t get better than going 5-0 after 29 years and doing it against the Knicks !
Beat them again on Sunday in MSG, can’t have that first loss against them!
All you bulls haters, is there another excuse why the bulls are undefeated?

Bro, I well remember those glory days. Bulls management seemed to go out of their way to murder any optimism for the team. I was away for half a decade, and even still I'm only kinda watching from afar (it's **** impossible to watch NBA games these days). We'll probably never reach that level again, no matter how good the team is.
It’ll be like that again by the ASG.
We will keep winning.
