Would like to blame it on injuries but they're just coming up way short too often in big matches.

This is certainly not amongst our best teams, but also Nebraska has looked like a total juggernaut all season.

Yikes. Yep this is what I was thinking was peculiar timing. He’s definitely not worth that trouble.

Box score watching - new guys played well, and Blackwell went nuclear in the last 10 minutes. It was a ~10 point game last I checked, and we won by 32.

Was 67-62. 29-2 to close the game.

Definitely one of those games that if you were following it passively you might've looked up and been like what the f. It was a competitive game late, 67-62 at around the 8 minute mark, but Wisconsin finished on a 29-2 run.

Overall, I think this game fueled some of my confirmation biases about what I think this team is likely to be. My view coming into and out of this game was/is Boyd is a good lead guard, Winter will have his nights, Rapp will have fewer nights but he'll have his as well, Rohde will be a solid 3-and-d player and they've got just enough bench play. But the ceiling on this team is going to be about Blackwell. If we're talking about Big Ten 3rd team which I would say is the low end of expectations, I'd say this is probably a team that plays a coinflip first round tourney game and if they win is a significant underdog in the 2nd round. But if he ends up being a legitimate Big Ten POTY candidate, then who knows...
