But overall, what a fantastic and entertaining season and a lot to look forward to next year, with or without Bo.

I agree. We found a possible Ace in Yesavage, Vlad took another step. I feel like this playoff run unlocked something in him. He’s definitely going to be hungry to win it all with this team, (thank god we signed his extension the moment we did, imagine he was a free agent right now). Hope Rogers can finally land some key stars.

Can't believe we have to watch the Raptors and Grizzlies sleep walk through a bull game tomorrow after that.

LeBronto didn’t even matter because Demar was a perennial trash playoff performer and Lowry was always hurt. The cavs were beating us either way. Yamamoto is the single reason the Dodgers beat us. He was a monster.

That was so much fun, I hope they run it back for the next few years.

We didn't get beat by the Dodgers, we got beat by Yamamoto.

What a fun ride. The Jays weren't even projected to make the wild card this season, and ended up taking the Dodgers to extra innings in Game 7 of the World Series. Doesn't really make much sense to complain.

Probably the most heartbreaking loss in Toronto sports history and probably one of the most in sports history in general. So yeah, this'll hurt for a long while.

But at least we got that 2019 cinderella championship. And that seriously was like a billion times more unlikely considering how the NBA is, so in that respect we're good for a while.

He just needed to hit it into the outfield. That would have won the World Series.

That's on top of doing nothing with many people on base earlier in the game.

Epic world series

Won a lot of jays fans and more eyes next season. Hopefully Rogers open up the bank and re-sign Bo and Bieber and run it back

Makes that 2019 chip even more unbelievable. I'm so happy we got it.

That's one thing to be thankful for in a sea of disappointments.

Raptors will always be my #1 no matter what happens.

You guys being mad at this are crazy. We had no right to even be in this position and no one in their rights minds could have predicted this before the season started.

Vladdy is 26
Barger is 25
Yesavage is 22

Build it around those guys. We'll be back. Get some Japanese players

What a ride,, and what a breath of fresh air from Raptors basketball of the past few years!

Yamamoto with an all-time performance. What a monster.

Being this mad is absolutely justified. We handed them the World Series. This was our game to win. All varsho had to do was hit it to the outfield. And not pitch Hoffman.

With us being in the AL east there’s no guarantee this team will ever sniff the World Series again.

This was like losing to a buzzer beater in a game 7 NBA game.

When Kirk hit the ball, i started cheering because I thought he had the RBI and then when I saw the Dodgers celebrating I was confused. Life definitely went in slow motion and I'm still in shock.

There is going to be division realignment pretty soon.

Schneider once again showed his incompetence...you let the yesavage finish the job, kid won us game 5 on his own, he has presence, instead you bring in choker hoffman, mean time dodgers manager lets the guy pitch 3 innings on 0 day rest, thats the game

I think we overachieved all season. Yes we were in a position to win the whole thing. I think overall the Dodgers simply had too much depth and an absolutely ridiculous 350 million dollar payroll.

We were underdogs. It is what it is. Next season we get to see if Yesavage is for real or not,, hopefully in a few years and some growth we will be the Dodgers.

I still contend we would have won the 18 inning game if Schneider didn't get cute and start pulling all our bats for pinch runners and hitters.

If we are least kept Barger and Kirk in the game, we would have put stress on their bullpen before it got to inning 18 imo.

Even if Kirk’s bat doesn’t break things could have been different.

Is this actually confirmed?
