If you're saying "shooter" then that includes midrange and free throws. In which case no one has a better case than Durant for being 2nd. He's elite at all 3 for 10+ years. No one has that.

I think that variety in how you can create 3 pointers counts, Bird could create shots in ways Klay couldn't. It's not just raw % or something.
Also Klay was a lot less clutch in his prime than Bird. Bird was a killer.
