Tress Way is the only good part of the team right now. Just like old times.

The parallels between RG3 and Daniels are staggering. Rather depressing.

Darnold easily could have been 17-17 with 5 touchdowns and 300 yards in the first half.Benjammin wrote:Sam freaking Darnold is 16-16 and four touchdowns.

Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.

Time to fire the coach and both coordinators. Start over. What type of moron leaves JD5 in during a blowout loss like that.

yeah it's officially a tank year now. Sell vets for whatever we can get.
Leaving JD in the game that long was

Re: The Washington Commanders Thread Pt. 2
We might look back on this injury having saved JD's career tbh. Let's be real, at the rate things were going a significant leg injury felt inevitable. As it stands its just a non throwing arm injury.
Keep him out the remainder of the season. Focus on just gaining mass. Pizza, Cheeseburgers, whatever. Fat is preferable to being as skinny as he is at the moment. Review film, see what can be done to protect himself better.
Meanwhile, plan for a high draft pick. As bad as the defense is, I would lean heavily towards the best offensive talent available.

This is all so sad considering our Cinderella run last season.

Coaching staff is not good and this team just lacks a lot of talent that was covered up last season. Combine that with the injury bug and this season torpedoed quickly. Luckily have a ton of cap space but they should try and trade half the roster by tomorrow for draft picks

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Re: The Washington Commanders Thread Pt. 2
I hate to say I saw this coming but I was really a giant most of the moves here. The only two really good moves this off-season that I loved was JK and lerramy. Debo was just fine but he was going to be cut by SF eventually and as good as he has been he hasn't been a difference maker and if we don't trade him for at least what we gave up. It ends up being a very bad move.
We could have probably traded latimore since there are a lot of CB injuries but looks like he tore his ACL so he's done and will probably just be placed on IR and quietly let go later. What a waste of draft picks. So right now
I'm trading Ertz, debo, terry, mcnichols, 1 of our back up lineman maybe 2 of fant, alagretti, wylie or Scott,
On D I'm trading any one under 25 I can get something for . I might keep kinlawn and luvu
But in absolutely trading payne, wagoner, miller, reves, jones, and holmes if I can.
Bring up the practice squad guys and sign cats offs off the street and see what you can make of the rest of the year and see you can play and where they can play.
