Seriously

Shamet is a 28 year old player with the engine of a 34 year old player in my eyes, lol. He has just barely made it on the team these last two seasons.

Deuce probably has 7-10 years left in his NBA career as long as he avoid any serious injuries. He just turned 25 and we still haven't seen him play his best basketball yet. We should be developing him as a starter for the future after our main core guys (Jalen, Josh, Mikal, OG, KAT) age out.

Shamet makes sense he’s at least got size to play the 2 guard spot. He might even be a better defender than Deuce

mcbride has a 2 inch bigger wingspan than shamet...unless people think they contest shots with there head :lol:

they probably want to keep deuce on the bench because Kolek is currently out of the rotation...and they want a backup guard when Brunson goes to bench.

unfortunately yes. brunson and duece are probably both really only 6 feet tall. that's tough to get away with.

Deuce is tiny and gets bullied easily. Shamet is much stronger and he’s bigger no question. Don’t know what’s so funny. Deuce is Brunsons size
