WTF was Kinner-Faleffa thinking for not having a bigger lead off 3rd base? And why did he slide? If he just does his job they win the world series. Absolutely nuts.

Everyone else faced with far less tenacity.

Same thing that's happening to Caitlin Clark.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of baseball either really, but would never pull for the team who can buy all the best players (no salary cap in baseball)

Blue Jays ownership is worth more than the Dodgers, they have every freedom to buy the best players money can buy as well.

Toronto was the #7 payroll in the league, let's not act like this was some sort of David vs. Goliath series.

Guy watches two strikes and then swings at a breaking ball that was out of the K zone at release. Dreadful. Then a guy swings at a breaking ball outside, watches a strike right down the middle and then grounds into a double play. Springer's AB the inning before was terrible as well.

They also had to overcome playing in a small market with little visibility for star players.

Why did he slide? I dont get what youre saying. Why wouldn't he slide in that situation?

Do players slide into first base? So why slide into home plate?

Being that it was a force out instead of needing to be tagged out it would have been faster to just run through home vs sliding.
