Sorry fellas…….

Trade him while his value is inflated.

Agreed, then we can truly build around Tyler without Bam and his contract weighing us down

Yeah I don't see it either. Again the hiring of the Grizz Offensive consultant in the off-season kills any of this. Imo I think we're looking at SF upgrade just not sure who or what that looks like until we get closer to ASB.

Trey Murphy is an interesting name, just don’t think we can shred any assets right now when we need a legitimate star

Bam’s best shot at winning was back in 2022, when the fraud Marcus Smart somehow took it while we were the No. 1 seed.

Now the media’s all over Wemby, and it’s ridiculous that Bam’s not even in the top five.

Yea it’s a wrap, looks like the admin is finally pushing him for DPOY early in the season but they waited until a freak like Wemby came along to do it. The award will be named after him one day if he stays healthy. Not too 5 in odds is wild but if we hold this up over the season he’ll surely worst case he a finalist and 1st team

About as good of a start to the season as any of us could reasonably expect.

The offensive change has been nothing short of astonishing.

Bam continues to expand offensively while locking down every damn one. Jaquez took his career into his own hands. Ware continues to learn his lessons and respond. We outright stole Powell. Wiggins 2 way game fits this system well. And we still have to see how Tyler fits into this build.

Not to beat a dead horse of the summer again but the Bulls held out on Giddey all summer, how do we get him in a Heat jersey lol? He would go crazy running point for us with this pace. Hes got Chicago as a top 5 offense even with Coby out

Bam is a player for the Heat to build around.

If I remember correctly Chicago ended up paying him.

Yea they did but were reluctant to do so, just not sure how much they want to keep him but it’s definitely possible they were holding out to get the best possible deal and love Giddey.

4/$100M is looking like an absolute steal based on his play after the ASB last season and to start this year

Don’t want anything to do with Morant.

Hasn’t played more than 60+ games a year, not a good floor spacer, not a good defender, has been vocal of not liking the type of offense we’re currently running.

Mix in the cost to acquire and his off the court issues. It’s a hard pass for me.

Locked on guys suggested wiggins and Mitchell for ja as an option. It'll probably need some picks included as well. Wiggins will probably get rerouted to a contender.

One of ja's biggest issues this year is the limit restriction. He wants 30+ minutes per game. And it's not like we've totally abandoned the pnr, it's still there.

If he wants out bad enough, then he won't care about the offense here. An opportunity to play with Bam and under spo (team usa angle) should be attractive enough for a full reset for a second chapter of his career.

A ja, herro, and Powell starting trio is a different matter altogether. Over 100M per year for that trio would make this roster the Sacramento East. But they could be fun in the regular season.

Media starting to push for it. We need that Terry salary available and our pick back asap. I don’t think it would be Wiggins and Davion tbh but who knows. Sacramento East is a little extreme lol, Ja and Bam are much better than anyone on Sacramento currently, Herro and Powell are probably a wash with Lavine/Derozan with Lavine being the best of the group and Derozan possibly the worst at his current age

Lavine, dd, and sabonis are talented one way players that have shown time and time again that although extremely talented, the inability to defend hurts their teams in the playoffs. It's basically a historical fact. We saw the suns try to buck that trend last year. The nets before that.

Is bam enough on defense to do something that's never been done before? Im not sure, and I love bam as a player.

I akso don't consider ja a one way player even if his defense stinks. Guys who can orchestrate an offense are invaluable and worth covering for.

I could tell you what needs to happen if we were to get Ja but I don’t feel like fighting off the pitchforks today
