Give me one reason why the Jets would agree to this trade that isn't wishful thinking on your part.

They are 0-7 and might just want picks and free cap space at this point to rebuild.

Teams that are winning and have a clear road to the playoffs would not let go of their stars. Teams that are already done might.

You were right, the Jets actually are dumb enough to trade a 25-year old star player.

Why would anybody in their right mind trade away a 25 year old star defensive player.. wow

BJJ this is the guy you have been begging the Cowboys to acquire for several years now. They just got their stud DT in Quinnen Williams.

The middle of the DL is now the best it’s been in a long time. Williams/Clark/OSA/Solomon Thomas is a very solid DT rotation. With the addition of Logan Wilson and eventually Overshown the run defense should be light years better than it is now. They still need a pass rusher though.

Also keep in mind that the Quinnen Williams trade is as much about next season as it is this season. They now have an elite DT to build their defense around.

Sauce trade works for both teams, at this point 2 FRPs are more valuable to the Jets than Sauce is. And the Colts are going all in this year, they need to make the push.

Dallas gets Quinnen Williams for Mazi (which is nothing) and a 1st. I'll take that.

Actually, I love the Dallas the trade. Only thing is, looks like a big cap hit next season. And I am not sure how we can squeeze that in.

It’s a good trade for Dallas. Quinnen Williams is very good. Just gotta build around him now

I expect there will be some contracts reworked. Osa’s deal comes to mind.

Cause of death not disclosed probably means an OD. I wonder if he died celebrating his TD.

I wouldn’t go that far. I work with a girl whose husband (28 years old) had a heart attack. When it’s your time it’s your time.

Edit: her husband lived by the way but still, heart attack in your 20’s is possible even if you seem healthy.

That is not normal at all though.

Was her husband A. very overweight or B. an addict/alcoholic?

Neither. Dude keeps himself in great shape and doesn’t drink or smoke or vape.

If it was a just a random freak heart attack, like Gaines Adams? Enlarged Heart. Family would have disclosed.

Usually when the cause is kept secret by the family it is either an OD or a suicide, and I am leaning OD.

I thought suicide first but he probably had the best day of his life few days prior so probably an overdose. I am sure it will come out soon.

The local radio guys are reporting that the Plano PD did a wellness check on him Tuesday night but weren’t able to reach him.

Sounds to me like he scored TD and then went home and celebrated with his friends a bit too hard.

I could be wrong, but I feel like that is what it is pointing to.

Fentanyl in everything now.
