Like, what are we even doing here?
(And yes, most of those metrics aren't feasibly sustainable for anyone, that's the point)
He's been insane but MVP is a cumulative award, he's already missed a couple of games. MVP's aren't decided by per game stats
As for the rest, not having LBJ is a plus for him. Not only does he get to dominate the ball and post video game raw stats - the Lakers are also a better team
If he had a whole season with no LBJ he'd be the front runner for MVP

It depends how LeBron plays. If he helps them winning more games it would be beneficial for Luka, who can get 30+ with or without LeBron, but if they finish second with LeBron's help that would mean more for his Mvp case than having few points less.
People are talking like Lakers will be worse with LeBron, which is kinda funny, knowing that he will take most minutes away from players like Laravia, Vincent...
LBJ is still a top 50 player, at his age that's crazy good and he's def still better than Laravia etc. but the role players are much less cohesive, motiviated etc. with him on the floor. They defer too much and not as confident, it's a different vibe when it's just Luka
So yeah, if getting LBJ's production means that Reaves produces alot less, Ayton, Rui, Smart, Laravia and all these guys produce less, hustle less, have less rhythm and confidence..then with or without LBJ, might just be a wash for the Lakers
