Joe doesn't do in game coaching as much as he does. Premeditated rotations that has been obvious for the last three seasons to me.

His rotations have been atrocious all year. I bet he has a spread sheet so he can play as many random lineups as possible that have never been used..

good learning experience for Neemi and Minott. These are young guys who've never really been in these crunch time minutes.
