The freshman debuts were nuts. We have to trade Lauri, right now it is not clear if we are bad enough to keep our pick with him + the improvements other guys have made. By the time it is clear it may be too late (e.g., if we wait 10 more games and end up 7-10 that may have us on track to win too many games to finish in the bottom 5).

Heard a story the year Lauri M was the same year Mitchell went to the jazz and Boston moved back and picked up Jayson Tatum. Guy with Ainge said if Lauri hit 20 for 20 three pointers Boston was taking him with the first pick. Markkanen went 20 for 20 and last minute swapped picks with 76ers and took Tatum. They Laugh about Danny finally got his guy. It would be a great offer for the Jazz to even think about moving him.

Peterson, Dybantsa, Boozer, Wilson, Tounde, Ament, Brown, Peat, Cenac... Lopez, Steinback, Quaintance

I haven't been this excited since we added Trey Burke to our Core 4.

With Walker OFS, we'll be bad enough to keep our pick. The bottom 7 teams look to be: BRK, WAS, IND, UTA, DAL, SAC, NOL.

I'm somewhat expecting the league to help out Dallas again this year.

This entire thread is now jinxed.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

We absolutely need to be in the top 4 of this draft.
