i don't think that was it. in the last hamsterdam thread there's some talk about what happened. it's not really clear though.

Wingo says hello to everyone and says the last 20 years on here were awesome.

Yes, I know I'm known for making stuff up, but I spoke to him, earlier today.

Uh, is this update allowed in this topic?

What? What happened?

Queen is a real nice player for the Pelicans. Still think trading their pick for him is wild.

Also BI is a psychopath for not apologizing for hitting that guy in the face with a water bottle. I can relate to throwing a fit. I mean what grown man doesnt lose emotional control from time to time. But if you fck someone else up during it own it. Ffs that was wild.

Yes he reminds me a little of Cousins (finishing), ZBo (shooting) and Webber (dribbling). Yeah but even if he becomes an All Star, why trade a potential Dybantsa/ Peterson/ Boozer/ Wilson, can't get him for less and have Fears, Queen and one of FOURsome???

His passing is real slick too

He just has a nice feel for the game and plays under control. Which is real impressive for a rookie.

Yeah passing definitely like CWebb !!

Again even if he averages 18ppg 9rpg as a starter for the season, looking like future all star, when May rolls around, and the Hawks get 1st or 2nd pick... people in the organization and Pel fans will still shake their heads at and wonder what Dumars was thinking

He got extremely lucky Queen can play, imagine if he couldn't. His draft resume had misses too like (Darko, White, Stuckey).

After reading the ESPN article about the potential Ja and Zion trades and all the constant drama with those two kinda shows that RJ has been the most professionally consistent one of the three top picks. Lmao.

We used to actually debate whether Quickley was better than him. How embarrassing.

Precious > Flabuty

Was the reason why they thought it was an upgrade because he shot the 3ball? Did they notice that he doesn't do much else so if the 3ball isn't falling then he brings little.

Yes, 3 ball was exactly the reason why. Otherwise, Precious is better.

The hope was that Yabu could play alongside Huk or Mitch, which Precious couldn't

Yabu could have also played alongside KAT and allowed us to play two bigs who could shot the 3 ball

schedules across the NBA are so wild. Wolves played 5 of their 10 games against Cha/IND/BKN/UTH/Kings and their next 2 are also against Utah and Sacramento. insane.

Crazy how this generational draft just completely flopped. RJ isn’t even the best player from the draft and we still made out like bandits by drafting him. Even the best player in the draft Garland has been pretty injury prone.

That was clear awhile ago. RJ is a flawed player but he's a professional. Ja is a legit POS and Zion didn't give a damn as soon as he got his money. What a disaster

Ja’s a triple threat. A bad person, injury prone, and getting worse as a player. He’s probably tanking his way out Memphis now but before this season his finishing at the rim was getting worse and that’s basically his whole game.
