Sunday 11/09 NBA Game Thread

Post#1 » by Clav » Sun Nov 9, 2025 5:21 pm

Hello .... everyone

I am up early watching another sport, oh my! Traitor!

But we have a nice lineup of early games, seven in total for you.

- Rockets @ Bucks - great matchups here! Giannis and KD
- Brooklyn @ Knicks - the battle of the Boroughs!
- Celtics @ Magic - both teams looking to string together win streaks
- Thunder @ Grizzlies - West #1 vs a struggling Grizz squad
- Pistons @ Sixers - #s 1 and 3 in the East!
- Pacers @ Warriors - Curry may return (GTD)
- Wolves @ Kings - Sactown is fun

Go, your team.

Are you watching F1 or Liv v Man CIty maybe? I am watching the latter, being sad.

So the "Siakam scream" drives me nuts whenever he goes to the hoop. Now Sengun is doing the same crap, and he puts his arms out like "WTF"?

Alpy aneurysm?

I hate when sengun starts dribbling and driving to the basket from the top of the key. 30% of cases he gets stuck and cringley starts flopping, 30% of cases he stumbles and loses the ball, 30% of cases he actually manages to get to the basketball but then only makes 40% of the attempts at the rim

Not sure why they think this is the way to use him this year

Rockets had a 5 game win streak, but the best team they beat was Toronto. Losses to OKC, DET, SAS, now trailing MIL at the half by 11.

Seems like the gimmickry ultra-big, no real PG setup works against some middle-to-bottom-half teams, but can’t get it done otherwise?

More talented version of the Magic.

In todays league, you have to have a floor general.

Without a point guard setting up the offense they are turning the ball over at an alarming rate. I think they would be scary on offense with one
