Jamahl Mosley draws up a catch-and-shoot play for Bane and it works. When you use a player correctly, good things happen.

Except Bane said Mosley drew the play up for Paolo. Mosley is not an offensive guru to say the least

I try to praise Mosley for finally drawing up a play that gets his best shooter a good look, and look at what that gets me. Better to be lucky than good, I suppose.

Holy guacamole that game was crazy, Pistons somehow pull out a win without 6 key rotations players on a back to back where Cade was clearly gassed the entire time. Insane rebounding, mostly due to both teams being buns . And Cade had an unfortunate night with record breaking(?) FGAs. He didn't have many people to pass to, but I can't give him excuses, he has to trust the guys around him a bit more in situations like tonight. Taking that many shots is not winning basketball against any other team in this association. I mean, the Wizards took us to OT lol.

W Daniss Jenkins though. Sasser is gonna have to fight for his spot after his hip injury if Daniss keeps this up.

Didn't watch the game but just saw the highlight of Ayton going up extremely soft (as usual) and getting STUFFED by a guy that is 6'10" and 210lbs. LOL

Oh and then he JOGGED up the court. Guy can give you 15/10 in his sleep but that's the problem, dude basically play the game like he's asleep. Whenever I argue with people online about Ayton and why he sucks, these are the things I'm talking about. They just see the 15/10 and don't realize this dude is capable of significantly more if he just played with a MODICRUM of fire and hustle.

Holy hell that was a brutal shooting performance by Cade. His TS% dropped from a meh 56.2% to a bad 53.8% after tonight. He needs to clean that up but you got your win and the Pistons are doing awesome right now so it's tough to complain at the moment.

Cade had to put the team on his back with so many starters out, and he himself was gassed given it was our 3rd game in 4 nights and a B2B after playing in Philly last night. It was ugly but a win's a win.
