Agree with you about Simons starting.
But White and Simons will be soft on defense.
If your PG is Cade or SGA, you can get away with Simons as your starting SG.
It's just not a good fit.
A bigger SG like Grayson would be more ideal, especially in the playoffs.
White is not one of the best defenders against big men.
DWhite is not Marcus Smart when it comes to defending the low post.
Once the big man is switched on White, the big takes White down low and White can't do anything about it.
As for Grayson, he's just one example of a bigger shooting SG that would fit the Cs better than Simons.
Where was Simons when it was winning time, crunch time?
Simons is unplayable in crunch time because he's a liability on defense and playing him would make the Cs so small, the Cs would have trouble getting rebounds.
