Giannis stats are pretty amazing If Jokic wasn’t here he would have 5 mvps

Move over Luka! Move over Giannis! Cade with the 46 point triple double to lead his team to victory against a feisty Wizards team.

What? Giannis hasn't finished 2nd in MVP voting for the last 5 years. If Jokic doesn't exist, this will be the MVP winners since the last time Giannis won. Joel won 3 straight

Going to give Luka 5 more games for eligibility purposes only before he's top 2 in this race.

Giannis has dropped a bit because he has been a mess closing out games as of late. Just tonight he took a stupid 3 then fouled someone when the team was up by 3. Just confusing stuff.

Wemby's great games are greater than any other player in the leagues great games, but his bad games are also much, much worse than Jokic and SGAs bad games. he's proving that he will annihilate single coverage from other bigs like the Bulls were giving him tonight. The smart coaches like JJ are going to adjust to him

You mean offensively right?

Because his game changing defense doesn't drop off whenever he isn't scoring nearly 40 pieces. So not really. Otherwise the Spurs, who are an infinitely much worse team outside of Wemby when compared to OKC and Denver, wouldn't be 8-2. I'll take Wemby's bad games over anyone else's bad games in the league.

SGA and Cade are the leaders for me, SGA is coming up to B2B agaist Steph and Luka, 2 wins and he'll be a heavy favourite.

I thought it was a clean block block but yeah he's been a bit of a mess. He did make two key FTs, hit a three slightly earlier and had a great game over. He's not a traditional closer and that's fine. It's like asking Micah Parsons to kick a field goal to win the game. Hopefully he does better as he trusts Rollins more, KPj comes back and we find a wing at the deadline.

If the Spurs can maintain their 60+ win pace and finish anywhere close to Denver/OKC then i will absolutely be the first one to say that Wemby should win the MVP unanimously. But i think similar to the Lakers the Spurs record is outpacing their actual performance right now and both teams will likely end up somewhere in the 46-48 win range.

Wemby carried us to victory tonight and has this Spurs team at 8-2. Seriously impressive for the 21 year-old.

Nuggies are rolling and Jokic is climbing back up to 30ppg. not a bad time to put some money on him while he's down

Highlights are going to be Wemby's biggest advantage over the other contenders. Those first four blocks are breathtaking.
