My first impression would be that probably he's putting to much weight on the right knee to avoid using the left.

But at this point, who the **** know

Now we just need to wait for the news that PG is going to see other Doctors, to have a 2nd opinion on his knee, to complete our sixers misery bingo card  ...

I would do it if I were him. He’s already gonna have a lifetime of pain from all these injuries, gotta protect the rest of your life while you can. He’d still get paid too.

Now Embiid has TWO knees to choose from as a reason not to play!

This is not surprising, so no big deal to me. But can we just end this already?

Hopefully just dodging Boston, but this if ridiculous in terms of stability, time will tell if it does anything for the playoffs

Embiid should medical retire. Move George and etc for Markonon.

Could be the end of Embiid. I don't like hearing the team doctors getting involved. I'd rather try to rehab PG's value and hold on the picks at least until the offseason before selling the farm for Markonon.

Sixers net rating, by quarter (league ranking in parenthesis):

1st: -6.0 (20th) 2nd: +30.0 (1st) 3rd: -38.2 (30th) 4th: +28.8 (1st)

Best team in the league in the 2nd quarter and worst team in the league in the 3rd quarter. Can't make this up lol. But this is on NN.

It's common stuff really. They try to preserve Maxey more in the 3rd and unleash him in the 4th. Sometimes he tries in 3rd and is spent by the 4th. It's rotational issues really. Especially that break at the end of the third.

Joel and George need to step up in the 3rd

Well, Embiid might be one of the greatest 1st quarter players ever. Defenders treat him like he’s radioactive, no one wants to get near him, so he just drains open jumpers and strolls to slow mo finishes at the rim.

What worries me about Embiid is that he’s barely played ten games after basically a year of rest. I agree with Murray though, his right knee might be overcompensating, which explains the pain. It could be nothing, just like the scans suggest, or it could turn serious without warning. At this point, I’m almost numb to his situation, but I’m still trying to stay optimistic.
