I don’t because it makes one area (defence) slightly better while making a new issue (perimeter shooting).

The most logical is RJ for Agbaji for a 3+d look, or if you really wanna get crazy go Battle to rain down open 3’s (but not really fixing the D)

Lol Yogurt I thought last game would have put you off from advocating for Ochai still

We’re in such a weird position where our starters are far and away the highest paid players and all believe they should be starting but the lineups would obviously flow better with a diff mix of guys.

And that’s why looking at basic %’s without any context is a silly way of doing things.

Sure, let's call facts silly when it crushes our narratives.

Come on man, you’re not this ignorant.

Ignoring the fact that SMALL SAMPLE SIZE is a thin, the difficulty of 3’s, the volume, and level of defensive attention the two guys receive isn’t even close to comparable.

Barnes as a C is probably his best possible outcome if he could work on the little things being a good C requires.

Not full time, but he needs to be more Draymond to unlock his full potential

it depends on the matchup. against a slighter C like Claxton he def can take advantage of that and let them play smaller.

but in terms of role, that versatility is part of why he's so valuable. they ask him to do a lot of different things

Gradey is so impactful on both sides. Truly a playmaker. Maybe that should be his nickname like Michael Irvin, Gradey Dick is "The Play Maker".

I swear that easy ass entry to Scottie on the roll has not been thrown by IQ this entire season

Drake Powell might be having one of the worst individual performances I've ever seen an NBA player have. He looks panicked every time he has the ball and yet feels compelled to dribble the air out of the ball.

No plan offensively, every pass requires his teammates to sky in the air to make a catch, can't maintain a dribble, no defensive presence, no cutting, nothing. Just not an NBA player.

Shead at least is playing well while IQ has been mediocre. Telling RJ to go to the bench for a guy averaging less than 3 ppg and shooting 8% from 3 is a harder sell.

I mean these guys are not stupid, RJ knows it isn’t a “we think [insert player] is better than you” all it is is “we just need to redistribute our minutes and shots”.

Shead has been better in his role than IQ has been in his, but let’s not act like he’s better by any means

Now, if Shead is truly a 45% shooter from 3 we can talk

He's not dumb, but he's still human. He's already sacrificing some touches this season, now you're asking him to go to the bench for someone stinking up the joint too. RJ also doesn't have experience coming off the bench, while IQ does. If RJ sucks off the bench, then what? Start him again to get him going?

Is our starting lineup amongst our worst lineup combinations?
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

The guys played 125 minutes this year and is very much is a shooting slump.

Kind of hard to really hold it against a guy when he’s played so little he’s only got to put up 12 3’s all year lol

Return to Toronto Raptors
