Highest ftr on the team by a wide margin, with a TS% of 56. Dick will be fine.

He was 40 percent from 3 before last game. He did miss all his 3s but he played some of his best defense of the season, had 2 dunks and a layup. We also won the minutes he was on the floor, just like we have all season. Still not the day to **** on Gradey.

None of it matters. Guys like this will just keep parroting his weaknesses as a rookie as if he's the same player today. They yap on and on about their ability to assess players and skill sets but show a fundamental lack of ability to see player development.

Seriously, wtf is this. Mickey mouse organization.

I am fairly sure they can fly Mogbo out to Cleveland if they feel the need to do so. Where do you come to the conclusion they have decided not to or aren’t willing to fly him there if needed?

Strongly implied by Blake Murphy including him in his tweet of unavailable players. Plus it's how the team has handled the GLeague during road trips in the past, they just leave guys there.

If Rogers actually pays to fly Mogbo down I'll retract my mickey mouse statement.

I'm pretty sure Mogbo was on 905 assignment (at home) during the Raptors/Hawks game, and re-called for the 76ers game (on the road) the next night.
He didn't play, but still re-called.

He could be an NBA player or not but with no CMB or Mamu and Chomche waived, the team is otherwise looking at Gradey Dick playing backup C against the Cavs.

Expected loss for sure. Their talent is just way better than ours.

Hopefully it's competitive...that's all I hope for

Why are some players treated like little kids who get praised for doing the most basic things.

This is how you know the guy is trash.

All we can do right now is wait and see what he does with any minutes he's given. We need his shooting, and he draws fouls very well, so we'll see how it goes.

Yeah, they’ve definitely done that in the past too if there is any potential that they might need a guy.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

This is a 20+ point blow out, Scottie will get shook by their twin towers and have a passive game with a bunch of missed 3's, RJ will keep forcing his game and go 5-20, i can see BI having a decent game but it no wont matter, on the other end Mitchell will drop 35 and we'll get outrebounded by 20... This wont be close, I hope i eat crow on this one

It's weird hearing people keep referring to the cavs as a big team.

Player: Height / Standing Reach / Weight

Poeltl 7'0 / 9'3 / 240 ---------- Allen 6'9 / 9'2 / 235
Barnes 6'7 / 9'0 / 230 -------- Mobley 6'11 / 9'0 / 215
Ingram 6'8 / 9'2 / 195 -------- Hunter 6'7 / 8'11 / 225
Barrett 6'6 / 8'7 / 215 -------- Mitchell 6'1 / 8'1 / 210
Quickley 6'2 / 8'3 / 185 ------ Garland 6'1 / 8'1 / 175

Mamu 6'10 / 8'11 / 240 ----- Nance 6'9 / 9'0 / 245
CMB 6'7 / 8'11 / 240 ---------- Wade 6'9 / 8'10 / 230
Battle 6'7 / 8'8 / 220 ---------- Tyson 6'6 / 8'7 / 220
Dick 6'6 / 8'5 / 215 ------------ Merrill 6'4 / 8'3 / 205
Shead 6'0 / 8'0 / 200 --------- Ball 6'6 / 8'5 / 190

GD is the same player as he was a rookie lol.

It’s why he still can’t carve out consistent minutes despite being a third year lottery player. He hasn’t improved on his weaknesses or strengths.

He still provides amazing spacing and is generally great at moving around the court but to act like he’s some radically different player vs his rookie self is a reach imo.

Sorry but if youve been happy with Dick's play then you just have low expectations. With that said, he has still outplayed Ochai/Walter this season. Battle has outplayed all 3 of them but that doesnt seem to matter on this team.

They're not nearly as good without Garland so we'll see how it goes but I hope we come out with much better energy tonight compared to that Nets game.

At least do some research before you make silly posts.

Rookie yr: TS% 54.6
3rd yr: TS% 56.4

Rookie yr: Ftr .115
3rd yr: Ftr .413

Rookie yr: WS/48 .010
3rd yr: WS/48 .086

Rookie yr: VORP -1.1
3rd yr: VORP 0.0

There's more there if you're interested.

Battle single handedly won us the last game against the Cavs.

I swear if I see Walter check into the game before Battle tonight.....

Well that's just part of the politics of the NBA. If they really believe in Battle that much and have lost faith in Walter that much then they might as well go ahead and send Walter down to the 905. Call up Mogbo, and add some size and elite perimeter defense. I would understand it because Walter has been by far the worst rotation player on the team, decent defense with absolutely atrocious offense.
