I'm not sure if Marcus Smart is still playing great defense because I haven't watched but I have noticed him taking 10 ..3 point attempts and only making 1...

And unless I read it wrong the Detroit Pistons have just won 9 games in a row??

I think this and exactly this.

Wrong thread but I'll put it here ..

Boston sends Derek white and Anthony Simons to SAS and SAS sends D Fox and Kornet to Boston..

Who says No?

That's why I said the Spurs need Hauser.

Spurs were leading by 10 points with 7 minutes left.

When the Warriors clamped down on Wemby and focused on guarding the paint, the Spurs didn't have a threat from 3pt land.

Both Castle and Fox are great players, but they're not shooters.

That leaves Vassell as the only real shooter for the Spurs.

Instead of putting in Harrison Barnes or Sochan or Champagnie, a guy like Hauser would create more openings for drives to the basket and allows Wemby to have more space to operate.

Haven't watched any GS games but is Al as washed as the stats look? 0 pts in 24 minutes last night, shooting 33%/31%/0% [no FTs] in less than 22 minutes on the year

Jrue having a great year, same with Kornett. KP there are rumors of him being traded mid-season

Fox is more overrated than Trae Young. I said in the off-season the Spurs were going to regret signing Fox to that extension. Spurs are stuck now. Very dumb move.

Al's last season of being an effective player was in 2024.

Last season the decline was obvious.

Brad made the right choice in not overpaying Al this season.

Mitchell had 17 free throws tonight and they still lost. Admittedly Garland is a big out for them but I cannot take them seriously

That's why I keep saying Simons is too small.
Having 2 small guards in today's NBA just doesn't work anymore.

Cavs are fake contenders.

Seriously, how can a team that won 64 wins end up losing to the #4 seed Pacers last season?

This is also why I keep saying don't give up on the season just yet.
The east is wide open.
There are no dominant teams in the east.

If Brad can get a big man for Simons and Tatum returns in March, it will be a different outlook for the Cs.

Thank you. Been said this and will keep saying this. Add a healthy Tatum to this squad and no team in the East scares me. None. Even with some of the struggles we've had. We could absolutely make a Finals run with this roster with Tatum back. Whether you think that's in the best interest of the team is another story, but we could.
and that's "MR. Irrelevant" to you!!

Pacers tanking their way to a top pick is kind of annoying.

Almost as disgusting as OKC sitting with 9,10, 18 and 27.

The way some Cs fan were talking, not on here (realgm) but on social media, was fans acting like we were losing 31 yrs old Al Horford and not the Al about to turn 40. Horf is turning 40! He played in the NBA when George W Bush was the US President, it was okay to move on ...
