Wouldn't be too worried about The Wolves, they would decent against the clear cut 2nd favourites for the chip for 3 and a half quarters.

they did a franchise-altering trade right before last season started though
this year they have one of the better cohesions in the league

The PG thing isn't going to get better, and they've already had the worst PG rotation of playoff caliber teams for 3-4 years anyway
DDV isn't a PG
Conley doesn't turn the ball over but he's a negative now
Dillingham, who knows but probably won't get much of a chance, and is a negative

they have enough talent to be a playoff team but its probably the single most crippling issue any playoff caliber team has in the West

I could see a case for the Rockets if Reed figures it out or they make a trade for a PG.

Not buying the Lakers though. Don't think they have enough reliable depth to compete this year. Gonna be asking a lot of 40 year old Lebron to make up for their defensive warts

this year reminds me much more of the 3 way race of 2016 with OKC being 2016 GSW, Houston being 2016 OKC and Denver being 2016 SAS

yeah i was wondering cause Ant is playing like his usual self and Randle is playing as good as he ever has but the team seems underwhelming. you guys would be much better off benching conley and going to the playmaker by committee strategy like what Houston is doing, with Randle playing in the Sengun role.

NAW isn't much of a "PG" either, but he was elite on defense so his minutes would be positive, so that was going to hurt the Wolves

but in general the Wolves just don't get any easy baskets

its crazy to watch teams pick/roll, rim run against the Wolves, and they just don't have any actions like that

Rudy has his faults and poor hands, but is there any reason he can't be top tier lob threat still if the Wolves even had a mediocre threat at the PG that teams had to respect, like a Collin Sexton level player ?

was crazy to me that Wolves didn't address this during offseason but they probably don't have many options where their salary/pick situation is at

Anyone else noticing the box score isn't updated on Denver Minnesota? Was a decent game live but it's weird I can't see the box score updated past like the 3rd quarter.

Yeah they stopped updating in the 3rd quarter, but its weird because nobody has a box score still and the game has been over for an hour. Even the broadcast didnt have any idea about final stats.

I've noticed issues with box scores being delayed this year. ESPN has changed the order of numbers in theirs. It's really weird...

I had the game on mute as I've been on live streams talking to friends all night. So I missed that.

Lakers have no assets or picks The Bucks would want.

The current CBA and apron stings makes it nigh on impossible for Giannis to leave The Bucks as a free agent.

If KAT keeps up his early season form, The Bucks could probably be talked into trading him to the Knicks with OG and KAT centerpieces in the deal (i would assume)

They did and it's total a$$. I heard some speculation that they did it for the gamblers.
