We're probably going to have to hope for a RJ hot streak close to the trade deadline and get a better player for him.

RJ needs to be more of a playmaker, less of a chucker. That's when he's more effective.

It’s like RJ feels entitled to miss one if he gets a steal. When I was coaching my sons teams we called those sternovers The player you who gets a steal but will immediately turn it over -lolz
