Yall didn’t watch the Bucks play without Giannis (against Charlotte last week) - I did, they were abysmal. G League level. No threat on their team and the defense severely lacked his athleticism too. They got smacked by the Hornets who were missing their two best players, and it wasn’t even competitive.

They are going to drop like a rock until Giannis gets healthy. If this is even remotely serious, consider their season finished

No team in the NBA is more built around one star this year.

It's like the Sixers of last year. Coaching staff built a DHO offense around Embiid, front office brought in specific veteran specialists to work around Embiid in that offense... and then Embiid got hurt and there weren't the right pieces to do something else on the fly.

Milwaukee would probably be like that if Giannis misses real time. It's a pure Giannis surrounded by shooters offense. Replacing Giannis' rim pressure will be...Ryan Rollins and Bobby Portis? Kyle Kuzma in transition? Everything is designed to fit in around what Giannis does. The Bucks are +7.9 (per 100) in Giannis minutes, and -11.4 with him on the bench. That's jokes level on/off stuff. Cleveland Lebron or Minnesota KG level.

As a Hawks fan, I think Giannis should get as much rest as possible. :)

In all seriousness tho, i hate to see him go down. As a fan of the game, never want to see guys miss time.

Milwaukee is gonna free fall without Giannis. Nobody other than Jokic means more to their team.
