I'm not a huge believer in the "empty stats" player theory, but IMO Ayton fits that bill.
You're forgetting something, Suns were CP3 and Booker's team. And what did they do in first half of game 7, where Suns were massacred? They scored 3 points combined.Somehow people blame Ayton for that game but Booker is still max player and a star there.
Ayton is not a player, who will win you anything, like vast majority of Cs aren't, but he's good enough for starting C. He shouldn't have been a first pick and he wouldn't have been, if Luka was American and not Slovenian. People would have looked very differently on him, if he wasn't top pick.
Ya, there's ZERO reason to argue about Ayton. I simply stated as a fan we had NO answer for Ayton, yet he shat the bed. Moving on and done discussing a bust first overall pick who's never played for the Mavs.

We talked before the season, why Mavs big lineup won't work and Rockets will. Sengun avg. 7.5 assists and shooting 45% for 3 is the answer. Having KD helps too of course.

Big lineups can work but you MUST have bigs with certain skills... No surprise.

So you’re predicting Houston to win the Championship this year? Sengun MVP and Finals MVP?
