Murray-Boyles is now doubtful with what’s being called an MCL sprain

MCL sprains are typically 1-6 weeks. Considering he was considering playing I would think it's probably 1-2 weeks.

Whether it's 1 week or 6 weeks, please no rush job, make sure he's fully healthy before playing him.

Maybe we shouldn’t jump to conclusions. The kid most likely just needs to get used to the rigors of the NBA.
not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

Coward definitely looks way better than CMB, but a lot of teams passed on him, not just us. That happens every draft.

It's also still early in their careers, obviously. Performance over the first month could mean nothing in the long term.

There's probably a chance he ends up the best player in the class.

Just 15 games, but he's shown efficient 3 level scoring, elite rebounding for a wing and solid passing with low turnovers. He's shown he can play off the ball too which greatly increases his floor and his on/off numbers are really great on a bad team so far. There's a lot to like about his game and Memphis should be building around him.

He definitely looks like the best player from the draft right now. But again, it's early. Lots of guys in the past looked really good in their first year and then never improved beyond that.

Wow lots of injuries so far. Does this mean Mogbo will take some of his minutes in the rotation or are we going super small?

He has had some odd knocks wouldn’t call them injuries
I do think he will need to thin out about to stay healthy and play

Are people really making final career calls on players from a draft where they are like 10-15 games into their careers? lol never change RealGM.

Probably unlikely he will end up like the MCW and Tyreke Evans peak in their rookie year type because he can really shoot the ball. 3 Point shooting matching up with the FT shooting is usually a sign that the shooting is for real. Obviously way too early to be definitive on any sort of ceilings but he looks to be on the Jalen Williams path so far. He might get a big role bump if they do trade Ja and/or JJJ and it would give us a bit better indication of ceiling if it does happen.

If he were 3-4 inches taller, he would have been a top 5 pick.

For sure. Just saying, unless he miraculously grows a couple inches, he's very limited in role.

I know this is getting ridiculous but some fans gonna fairweather on a game by game basis, it is what it is.

I still love CMB but Queen would’ve been a damn nice fit a C (which was a clear position of need on the roster).

Anyways hopefully CMB has a big game in the not too distant future.
