Probably in the fringe of it, depends how high you are on gilbert, carmelo and pau who are better offensively but worse defensively (and none of the four are quite good enough to be the lead option in a title team albeit they are close ish)
I would keep jalen out of that top 15 until he completes a postseason with better efficiency specially for a second option (not his fault he was hurt last postseason but also still means he kinda sucked scoring wise)
He is more like a shawn marion or shane battier right now until he shows he can mantain efficiency as a volume scorer in the playoffs (and i say this being high on him)

Does the playoff wrist injury player factor at least we saw he was still able to drop a 40 point game in the finals? I’d probably take him over a fringe guy like Bullups but it is pretty close.

For me, better question would be if he would be top 30 or not. Kidd, Carter, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Shawn Marion (+ health Stoudemire but he was out in 06, so fine), Bosh, Yao Ming.. was rookie Chris Paul better? Ginobili/Parker? Gerald Wallace?
Williams is a good young player, who’s getting better all the time but in 2025 he didn’t blow you with volume scoring, and certainly didn’t blow you away with efficiency. We know he’s quality on that end but your throw him into 2006 and he’s probably not having as easy a go of it scoring the ball.
