I honestly don’t know what he can or even can’t be. It’s wild.

With how good he has been we might have really missed the opportunity to give him the nickname King Kon

Yep, don't want to hurt him or burn him out. Guy should be a sophomore playing 40 games.

I had no idea who Drew Peterson was and when I turned the game on the other night and he checked into the game I thought they let one of Kons brothers play for the team already.

Giving my age away, but my mom thought it was a good idea to take a bunch of 10-12 year old boys to see Conan the Barbarian in the theater (the only place to see it). I think in the first 5 minutes there was a rape scene and multiple decapitations. We were mesmerized.

Lol the amount of r rated movies I watched with my dad or alone at night back in the day once we got HBO in 1981 is pretty crazy.

Saw Conan with my dad lol. My dad didn't give a s***. So we pretty much watched every R-rated movie that came out on HBO between 1981 on. I would have been like 8. Hilarious.

Movies I remember watching with my dad around that time

Conan
Blue lagoon
Terminator
Stripes
American werewolf in London
Porkys
48 hours
Animal house
Blues Brothers
Caddyshack
First Blood
Friday 13th
Fast times at Ridgemont
Police academy
Revenge of nerds
Blue Thunder
Hollywood knights
Beastmaster.... which I preferred to Conan

The list goes on and on.... late 70s to early 80s, best stretch of comedies in movie history.

Cat People! a late night HBO staple with David Bowie and Natasha Kinski was a highlight of the era for kid me.

Man - murderer's row of flix. Fast Times probably had the biggest impact on me though - it subconsciously tweaked my Southern twang. Oh, and Kon is not bogus.
