If White keeps playing like this, I'm starting to think packaging him with Simons for AD isn't such a bad idea after all.

If not a bad idea. It's a horrible idea.

You and AD have played the same amount of minutes in the last 10 games and you don't even play in the NBA.

From what I've read, AD was cleared to play last week, but the Mavs owner insisted that he decides when AD plays.

So it's a case of being extra cautious because apparently they're trading AD.

Even if AD is available, we shouldn't be considering him.

I am really high on Cling Kong (Clingan) he is a rebounding and defensive beast. Hardly likely Portland will trade him but we got to try ask the question. He would make this this team so much better.

As a side note, it's somewhat annoying to see Porzongis healthy and having another monster game for Atlanta tonight. We really should have gotten more value (despite his massive contract) in that deal

Yeah, AD to Boston is unlikely.

KP was damaged goods at the time of the trade.
I was hoping Brad kept KP and just traded Jrue.

It's still early, things change in an instant.
Let's just wait for Brad's move.

It's simple, there isn't enough minutes to go around for Walsh, Hugo and Minott. They are pretty much the same players. All solid defensive players, weak offensive games. Boston has to play White, Pritchard and Simons a lot of minutes and sometimes Joe plays all 3 at the same time.
Minutes will free up this season for Walsh, Hugo and Minott if Simons is traded at some point. Boucher is arguably better than all 3 of those guys and he can't get minutes.

Disagree. Hauser is getting near 20 minutes?? per. White is around 30. Rico has played 3 straight games I think. Easily Hugo and Minott can get some of those player's minutes. Especially when Hauser is struggling mightily. Maybe rest White a bit when he is off. And Certainly Hugo and Minott can eat up any of Rico's minutes.

And your assertion that all 3 of Hugo, Minott and Walsh are "the same player" is a positive, not a negative in my eyes. 3 defensive dawgs, all of which have shown reasonable shooting to date (all above Hauser) while providing the all out energy that Boston clearly can use. In fact, their defense would lead us to better offensive opportunities as well.

In fact I would love to see 2 of those 3 in the game at all times rotating with each other.

Come on now. You really like Hauser. If Joe played him less, you would complain Joes isn't playing Hauser enough minutes. Hugo, Minott and Walsh aren't defensive dawgs. They are all solid defensive players with defensive potential to improve. Some of you really hype up these guys after a few good games. None of our "defensive dawgs" could slow down Porter Jr. They get in foul trouble a lot. Boston isn't tanking, so asking Joe to play White less in favor of Hugo or Minott is a joke. You should coach this team. We will win 10 games this season and all the tanking fans would love you. The owners would get rid of you in a year or two.

Yes I really like hauser . When he is with the previous year's talents. At that time, boston needed a sniper to open it up. But not only is his game not as well suited for this squad, his one reasonable asset has been ice cold. Why does he deserve the benefit of consistent time? Especially when the young ones have outplayed him in many instances.

As far as the rest of your comments, it seems rather Snide of you and i've never seen you quite like that. No problem I can deal with it.
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

It stinks that our team is mediocre but that’s the reality. Whatever Joe does as far as lineups etc won’t make a huge difference. We just don’t have enough talent

True.

JB had to sit in the 3rd because of foul trouble and the Nets lead ballooned to 18.

Cs are lacking talent and size.

When Queta sits, opposing teams feast inside the paint.

It will make a difference to the players
More playing time for Hugo, Walsh, Minott, maybe try Williams for consistent 5-10 minutes a game
This is the year to develop these guys

But if we come out this season without any major injuries and adding a couple of young rotation guys, that's a win in my book. Really wish we'd get a high pick though. We don't have much in terms of assets to build a title team up again.

Why do you think we aren’t winning? Maybe I missed your thoughts previously, my apologies if so.

I haven't been following the team closely so my opinion is invalid lol. My guess is lack of overall talent and depth. Players like White being unable to excel in their new roles.
