Bucks are only losing because Giannis is out

They are a good team built around him. They haven't figured out a way to win games while he is out.

I do think they should consider trading Kuzma for DeRozan. DeRozan while getting old would still give them a guy in the clutch to help the rest of their young guys, and not a terrible 2nd or 3rd option on a team with Giannis.

This team lost its defensive grit and integrity bit by bit.
Losing Ihart. Then Julius and divo. Thibs was the last sense of that grit.

The problem is, while it was great to root for a team with Ihart. Divo. Julius. And thibs. Because it resonated with the defensive grit of the 90s Knicks. Fun to root for but never materialized to see if they Could have won a chip. I personally don’t think they would have won with that team. Red pill blue pill situation.

Yes. I absolutely think he was worth the trade. What’s your vendetta against Mikal? Him and OG showed up against the Celtics. He earned every single one of those picks he was traded for in the first two rounds of the playoffs last year.

The problem here defensively isn’t him or OG. It’s KAT and hart. Both of which, the time’s up. And they deserve to get traded. Yet you still haven’t answered my question. Aren’t you watching Hart get cooked night in and night out nowadays?

Furthermore as soon as someone gets by Mikal, there are three net negative defenders in JB KAT and hart. There’s no one else on that floor to help him now That OG Shamet and deuce are out.

I know that’s the common assumption, but I don’t think we can definitively say that’s 100% true. Those picks are pretty meh and the Bucks are delusional enough to believe they have a chance to contend given the huge contract to Myles. They asked for Jalen in return this past summer, and that’s a helluva lot more value than those picks…

Yes him being out hurt but they started dropping games even with him playing. I think he's knows they are "good" with him but isnt sure if they can ever be "great" with him. Time will tell.

Exactly. Just cause Giannis COULD have gone for those five picks doesn’t mean that he would. Case in point Luka and the lakers. I guarantee if the bucks got those picks, they would still try to strip the team asking for hart, deuce and OG ALONG with the picks.
