A's, Street Agree To $3.3M, One-Year Deal
17th January, 2008 - 8:41 pm
AP - Huston Street and the Athletics agreed to a $3.3 million, one-year contract Thursday, avoiding arbitration.

The 2005 AL Rookie of the Year was limited to 48 outings last season because of an irritated nerve in his right elbow that landed the closer on the disabled list for two months.

That crossed my mind also after reading the article. It may just depend on how our season goes and if we are even able to contend (I say that lightly).
