I would be ok with KAT for AD. Whatever it takes to get KAT’s bitchassness off my team

The talks are starting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Send KAT and Dadiet to SAC, Sabonis to Dallas and AD & Keon to NY

nobody scoring on this team in the playoffs

AD/Mitch/Huk
OG/Yabu
Mikal/Hart
Ellis/McBride/Shamet
Brunson/Clarkson

Three most injury prone players in the league going to somehow be available for the rigors of a finals run.

Who is not scoring on this team in the playoffs.

Huk/Yabu
Yabu/Hart
Mikal/Hart
Ellis/Mcbride/Shamet
Brunson/Clarkson

NOBODY is scoring on that team because THAT team would not be in the Playoffs.

Because you'd be trading a higher floor (KAT) for AD who gives you a higher ceiling (and a lower floor) because he plays defense very well. I shot this down initially out of emotion but atleast AD does give you a better chance (if healthy) to win it all- because you could basically surround Brunson with 4 defensive players. We seems obvious to me that we ca'tn make up for both Brunson AND KAT on the defensive side versus elite teams.

he’s never healthy

Towns + Hart + scraps for AD + PJ + scraps.

I wouldn't outright dismiss it... Mavs would probably re-route both our guys to 3rd or 4th teams (like SAC, NOP, CHA, CHI, etc. to get back rebuild assets).

Why wouldn't y'all want KAT and AD to play together?

it would be like when AD and Cousins played together for a moment, but better because KAT legit stretches the floor

Might as well trade Brunson after you trade KAT, since the Knicks can't win with him anyway, seems to be the wisdom on here.

What can they get for him? Low first round pick?

kat just doesn’t fit, you’d still have the same problem with 2 terrible defenders in the lineup in brunson and towns

I change my mind! Who’s going to rebound and get to the line and occasionally make a 3 if we trade KAT! I’m putting him in the untouchable section next to Josh Hart! Everyone else can go including Brunson!

Quick question is there a team that could use KAT?

looking at trades that none of us are talking about but could happen when we least expect

I think Kyle Anderson would make sense for us

he might be old at 32

but he's a 6'9 defensive wing with a 7'2 wing span

knew how to play alongside either KAT or Gobert, so he would probably work well alongside Mitch

he would compliment Mikal, OG, and Josh

i think Danny Ainge might consider trading him to NY for a package of Yabu, Dadiet, and either Shamet, Kolek, Hukporti, or Diawara

Danny Ainge would probably love Kolek in Utah

I think we wait and see what Dink can bring first. roughly same size and young with potential. I remember people raving about him in H.S. but he somehow fell short of their projections (though still a multi-year NBA guy).

You think Dink will be ready to contribute this year? I feel like they won't give him a shot until next year.

A vet like Kyle Anderson would probably be given minutes immediately, especially because he fulfills a need on our team.

I thought we were tying to get more athletic , Id rather not add a "slow mo" to a potentially high octane offense. Team Dink all the way for me.
