Precious is shooting 8.3% from three. His lack of 3 ball is why the Kings were the only team in the NBA who would sign him. They were desperate for a serviceable big other than Sabonis. They could accept Achiuwa not doing anything offensively because they have guys jacking up shots at the other 4 positions.

If Achiuwa could shoot, then all 30 teams would want him even as an undersized C

He's an undersized C who can't shoot.

The hypocrisy calling for a no-defense scorer over Bridges when you can’t stop yapping about KAT’s defense

Interestingly, Christie had LaVine’s ass glued to the bench for minutes in crunch time.

That's ok. Knicks still lack that secondary scorer/creator. Mikal isn't it. We have OG for defense.

Should have been Ingram.

If we had done that, I feel like you'd be saying they should have traded for Mikal over Ingram

Ingram has missed a ton of games in each of the last 4 years. Also has played in only 10 playoff games

Mikal doesn't miss any games and has been in 57 playoff games in the last 4 years. Is this not worth something?!

Mikal is playing a very similar role for the Knicks than Scottie Barnes is playing for the Raptors

Ingram is mostly just scoring for them.

I take Mikal over Ingram, given what we know about both players

I just wish the Knicks had that 2nd bonafide scorer/creator in the starting lineup.

Ok. Giannis for KAT it is! :D

I don’t think you can ever have enough defenders. Look at OKC. Bridges and OG have been great together.

Ingram doesn't defend.. .we likely don't beat the Celtics with him instead of Mikal. We have future GOAT Dink Pate waiting in the wings (pun intended) anyway... and he's got some defensive chops

Harden with terrible TO in a row. And dumb Ty-Lue benching Kawhi as he just hit 2 shots in a row.

Clippers are ASS

This Ingram idea is interesting on many levels:

1) It is very revealing of incoherent posting. Some posters seem like they just want to take a dump on this team whenever possible. Apparently, the sinkhole is too small.

2) Ingram is a very nice player. Like DeRozan, it sure would be awesome to have him too. Neither gives you much - if anything - on defense, nor have they ever really proven much in terms of their ability to affect winning.

3) In consequence, if posters were really serious about pairing Ingram with Brunson, logically, he’d have to replace Towns, not Bridges, due to the defensive deficiencies. Towns is much better than Ingram though, but of course they don’t want to hear it.

4) Posters that come up with such talk will then deflect, saying something like, “Well, not Ingram then, but someone like him, a shot-creator with a real bag.” They don’t even realize it, but what they mean, of course, is a good defender with better offensive game than Bridges (who’s been great for us), and also a better defender than Towns (or Ingram himself, consequently), but comparably dominant on offense. Well, you won’t find such player around the league.

Add the Hawks getting blown out by the Wizards to that list.
