It was part of our first 5 game slump.

That Gillespie from the Suns has been looking like Steve Nash.

Watching the Suns and Thunder game...who is O'Neal and how come he can hit 3s?

That's bad luck for the Suns, I wish they were able to complete that last steal and tie it.

How much information does the IST give us about the playoffs? Here are the teams and their current BPI probabilities to make the second round of the playoffs (not the IST):

West: Thunder (96.3%), Lakers (61.9%), Spurs (34.5%), Suns (5.1%)
East: Magic (55.1%), Raptors (34.8%), Knicks (63.3%), Heat (45.4%)

I'll be interested to see how many of these teams make the second round in the playoffs.

Could go both ways. The 2 winners had pretty disappointing seasons but Pacers became a surprising Finalist and very good playoff team over 2 seasons.
For young teams it's probably good to have some knockout game experience.

I think the tournament helps the young teams get experience in playing high pressure games. It's too new to extract any meaningful data until about maybe year 5. But if you have notice the cup games really have teams stepping up especially if they are close to qualifying for the knockout round.

A healthy in-sync ORL team would be VERY formidable. OKC is rock-solid, but DEN is the scariest matchup for us, imo...Jokic is just putting on a masterclass in calmly dissecting teams - and he's got the guys who know what to do with it when he hits them. He's Soooo good - it's hard to even imagine how to neutralize him...probably a lot of slapping at the ball and bumping him...hoping he gets pissed and takes a swing early in the game

At full strength, there's NOBODY in the East we should fear. There might be a couple of uglies when Paolo and Moe are re-integrating to the new pace, but when things settle down I'm suddenly really believing in this team tearing up the East (and a lot of the West).

Just seen that SA is 6-1 without Wemby, to many this should mean they should trade Wemby, right? lol.

I’ve wanted O’Neale and Grayson Allen on this team for years. Would fix a lot of our shooting problems… but TDS is playing the O’Neale roll fairly solidly so far this season. The biggest difference is that O’Neale gets nearly twice the number of attempts from deep as TDS.

Our offense, while looking better, still needs work to free up our better shooters.

I know this is tongue in cheek, but Sacramento, Memphis, and Portland aren’t exactly elite teams.

But also, San Antonio’s entire roster is exceptionally well balanced and not entirely reliant on Wemby to gets wins.

Of the teams ahead of us or tied, more concerned with NY and Cle as far as who will battle for us for the #1 seed. I don’t think Det, Tor, and Mia will sustain their early season pace. Miami is playing at the pace of the 1991 Nuggets, thats not sustainable.

Wow.. what happened to the Bulls. After that 5-0 start , Vuc with Game Winners , Giddey breaking out and Matas looking like Franz 2.0, this suckage was not on my bingo card.

First two weeks of the season things get wild, got to fight the urge to overreact. Also there was a reason Vuc was pissed that his teammates were super happy they barely beat the Wizards the other day…

Toronto blew a 12pt 4th quarter lead to the Hornets in a loss. They have overachieved.

Myself included, although I was giving us 15 games to see what happens before going scorched earth. We had high expectations.
