Garrison Mathews -- once again! -- has survived into another NBA season! He's on his 2d 10-day contract w/ the Pacers.

As many of us have noted, nate most recently, this kid is just a great story! Undrafted, out of the nowhere college of nada, he just keeps at it, using his one unquestionable skill & a s*it-ton of effort to craft a career that is now in its 8th year!

Kudos, young man!

And now... the Pacers have signed him to a regular roster contract. They had to waive a guy (Jeremiah Robinson-Earl) to do it.

I liked him on the Wizards, did not see a reason for Tommy to let him go the way he did, & am not surprised by his long career in the league.
