This is terrible management :banghead:
This will change the future of the franchise if the injury is serious like it appears to be...
I would fire on the spot the entire front office if I were the Bucks' owner.
The fans deserve better...

Bucks just said its a "calf sprain" ... not a knee or ankle injury so it's seemingly nothing serious at all.

AI summary of Kevin Durant's 'nothing serious at all' calf sprain:
Kevin Durant suffered a strained right calf on May 8, 2019, during Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals against the Houston Rockets. He missed nine games due to this injury before returning for Game 5 of the NBA Finals, where he tragically sustained a ruptured right Achilles tendon.

Calf sprains are no longer viewed as 'nothing serious'

Giannis/Gary Trent Jr.

Why in the world would Milwaukee do this?

Those picks if they include the 32 pick are golden

No argument there but picks plus Amen and Jabari sounds better.

okay, watch it from where i mention. Your calf is one of the strongest muscles in the body. im struggling to see where he got hurt. maybe it was on the jump and he just didnt feel it right away, or the landing, but I cannot see any he got hurt running back on defense.

If that injury is even almost a thing, the price tanked 50%. Ok now I just feel bad for Bucks fans, except the ones who thought they’d get 5 blue chip pieces. Instead of Amen Thompson, Jabari Smith, and 4 first round picks, you get Tristan Thompson, Jabari Parker and a 2nd rounder lol.

Of course, but Giannis has a lot to say. If Knicks deal cannot be done and he adds 2-3 more teams and rockets is not one of them…
We know who can offer the most. Warriors don’t have a top 5 offer. Lakers and Knicks don’t have top 10 offers since they don’t have picks

The car is in a ditch. A mismanaged calf strain from being up to the axle. Time to take a bite of the full reset sandwich.

I would assume most Bucks fans want Giannis to retire a Buck, especially not playing for hated, despised teams like The Knicks or Lakers.

This injury was a freak occurance that no one should be blamed for..

I hate this selfish attitude from other fans and player legacy Stans that the Bucks should be morally obliged to trade Giannis to a contender.

So you think he faked a injury...

If so what does he gain for faking a injury?

I'm a big conspiracy theory guy when it comes to the NBA, and I see absolutely zero reason why Giannis would fake an injury.

Not on the table.

More like Vassell Castle Sochan picks.

But if Giannis just had a non contact injury, it may be a moot discussion.

doesnt risk future injury, can rest for a playoff run, signifigantly less media availability while hes hurt, can focus on his next team with his agent and the bucks.

Hmmmmmm I don't know about this.......

I don't think Giannis is that type of guy but an 'I feel pain' situation where he doesn't play definitely lowers what a prospective new team offers.
