Dru currently has the 2nd lowest ORTG on the team of any player with at least 15 mpg--the 110.4 ORTG referenced. To Dru's benefit he does have an excellent 105.9 DRTG (2nd best on team).

The quality, production and youth of Herro, Ware and JJJ I honestly believe is hard to beat. Herro is the most talented player out of anll players rumored to be offered in the league (unless KAT is in play) Ware and JJJ are more valuable than any individual first round pick.

Unless a team like SA liquidates all of its assists, I think Miami has a legit shot.

Reaves is a much better player than Herro and if I were Bucks I'd far prefer him than Herro. Reaves has started the year as a top 15 player and isn't a complete disaster on defense.

Reaves is def a better player than Herro. Reaves is an unrestricted free agent this offseason (0% chance he exercises his player option for $14.9M for next season). Trading for Reaves is basically trading for his bird rights in hopes that being able to offer him a 5-year deal rather than a 4-year deal ($3-4M difference per year) means he will sign with your team over exploring other suitors.

In a perfect world you keep Wiggins for sure but yeah if necessary we can flip him to the Lakers for a 1st and salary to route to Milwaukee to juice up our offer. Hopefully this stuff is already in process and being discussed because the Lakers have their sights on Herb Jones right now as a pivot from Wiggins

Riley wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on that deal. And he shouldn't.

You go all in on a Bam/Giannis frontcourt, find the right pieces around them over the coming years to flourish.

If you assume the deal is Herro, Ware, Jaime, Rozier's contract (pending NBA approval) and picks for Giannis and Portis.

PG - Mitchell / Smith / Jakucionois
SG - Powell / Larsson
SF - Wiggins / Fontecchio
PF - Giannis / Jovic / Johnson
C - Adebayo / Portis

That's a solid lineup that would have a real chance to come out of the East. If we could keep Kasparas out of the deal too, that'd obviously be ideal, but I think you'd have to assume Ware, Herro and Jaime are goners if we're going for it.

I refuse unless Jovic is heading out too. And I am only half joking.

He's gonna end up playing center for us at this rate. Bro gotta stop letting his first shot or mistake determine his mindset.

If there actually is collusion in the NBA, I know we like to point to that to help cope with not missing the playoffs and being slotted in the Mavs position for Flagg, then this would be the perfect time for Silver to help facilitate Gianni’s to Miami after the Jimmy and now Terry nonsense where we were clearly done wrong by not being informed of his ongoing gambling investigation.

Dude I think about this and curse Colby White every time I go the united center. This team with Flagg would have been wild.

We need to free more 1st round picks if we want to be able to get Giannis.
If we somehow get the pick back from CHA then we could free another one so its 4 picks.
But it'll take Giannis to ask for us.
If the Spurs or OKC are on the list its over

I would like us to find a way to keep Ware. I'd still do it, but that's definitely an all-in move, and if we don't win at least 1 chip in the next couple years things will get really ugly. Giannis is like right on the borderline of the type of guy I'd do that for, so you can't say no, but things are gonna get really tense around here. It won't be big 3 levels of scrutiny, but it won't be big 3 levels of success probably either, so...

Btw to be clear my position is I'd like to win with the guys we have, there's nobody I really dislike (except Terry for obvious reasons). But I'm also receptive to their flaws.

But the amount of agenda pushing lately is just obnoxious. You and a couple others on the "get Herro off my team" bandwagon, the Wiggins stans (why the **** does Andrew ****ing Wiggins have stans lol), the trashing of Wiggins just to counter that (I don't want to get into another war with that poster but its obvious that's the reason, Andrew is a happy go lucky glue player and I've got nothing bad to say about him), the people who attack Bam in response to you (I've done it to a minor degree just to make a point but you know Bam is my favorite player on this current squad)...

You know who I'd argue actually kept an unbiased level head moreso than the people here now? The Jimmy stan who left the board! Because at least he was always fair in his posts, even if we knew his agenda. I miss him.
