Yep and the game before was a blowout loss to the Kings where Herro wasn't in the lineup but they left Jak down in the G-League haha. Honestly the way the young player development has been handled around here lately is about as dumb as it gets. Just look at Ware only getting 18 minutes a game last year in a playoff series where we had no chance. We got swept and blown out by epic proportions and against a big front line like the Cavs as well. Such a missed opportunity to play him big minutes...well all of last year was really.

Equally as offensive to me is that Miami has the 17th ranked defense over this stretch (116.1) (21st over the last 6 games at 117.6).

Yep, it has not looked good. Part of why I think we need to start pushing guys more minutes, we’re still showing as an elite defensive team with certain players on the court despite the overall outlook of the last 4 games

As much as I love how Davion is playing this season and his role on this team, does any one else think its a little problematic when the starting unit effectively becomes Davion-centric?

I feel like the upside for that is what we've seen when this has been at its best (before teams were scheming to stop it) and Miami had been hitting 3s--an offense that plays fast but is squarely in the 10-15 range in ORTG.
