Vikings getting Burrow is a disaster Bengals should absolutely not trade him just build competent defense and an o line. Vikings with Burrow are probably the best team in the division.

We would need to see the aftermath first. They are already projected at $30 million over the cap next year. They would be adding Burrow's $25 million base and whatever else on top of that. They would need to cut or restructure a bunch of guys just to get it done, and then they would be trading away many of the picks they would need to fill those holes.
