Man, Ivey doesn't look like the same player. Its almost as if he forget how to dribble. I want to give him time but he looks bad. I just can imagine us not moving him.

I didn't think he was a good player before the surgeries, but now he's a total liability on both ends.. He hardly ever claps for his teammates, sometimes not even getting up. Constantly scowling or an indifferent face at best. There's a lot of things that don't show up in the stat sheet, but he does none of that.

If we were the worst team in the NBA that would be one thing, but we're #1 -- he's not more important than the entire organization.

Ivey has been dealt a pretty tough hand for sure. He was starting to turn a corner playing the best ball of his young career just before he went down. It's pretty likely that he won't get back to being a starter here this year based on what we've seen so far, so if we don't trade him I think he's almost certainly signing for that $13+ million QO for next season and I'm not sure he's worth that. But it will be up to TL to determine if he is worth waiting on or if he's a player we send out for a piece that can do more to help us this season.

Good ball movement. I wonder if coach devised that plan or the guys having improved chemistry. Still early in season.

If the Pistons could maintain good ball control and reduce turnovers, get results like this. Hope they keep it up rest of the game.

JB did go to Ivey early in the 3rd quarter.... had him out there with the other starters. I wonder if that is by request to have him out there with the core of players he was used to playing with last season.

Ivey looked much better that stretch. And a little luck never hurt no one.

Feel like they got to move Trae. He's got a player option this summer and I feel like he wasn't happy they didn't offer to extend him. They've been playing better without him.

They have 3 or 4 nice young pieces for sure and Jalen Johnson is both one of the best young players in the league and has a good value contract for 5 years.

yeah with johnson's development they can have a similar formula that we have. having a jumbo lead play maker and a big POA defender in daniels ensures they can have like a 6'6+ lineup at all times without sacrificing those roles which are usually held by smaller guys, making them targets defensively.

Why didn't they challenge that foul?

I reckon if they can continue to improve and learn to play like this every night, watchout.

Stew isn't even a starter. This team is ridiculous.

Stew playing one of his best offensive games. Now he needs one of his blocks at the rim.

Just got home, tuning in. 16 steals and 11 (!) guys with 6 or more points. Fantastic.

And the +/- of the whole bench is massive. Wow.

I wanna know what we're feeding these guys. It's relatively normal for guys to add muscle, but Cade and Stew both look more athletic.

I say we keep the starting line-up as it is until we lose, and then Stew replaces Tobias.

The fact that BBall Paul is just now getting minutes is an injustice, but… when it works, it works.
