Not really. That's why I firmly believe will be playing 65-75 games yearly unless something crazy like the blood clot scare happens again.

He should be in line for 2 DPOY's already and an MVP bid this season. His ceiling is so absurd that when he does reach it, its going to blow things out of the water. Shai may be having a historic run, but Wemby could be in line for the GOAT season within the next 2-4 years.

The idea behind a Victor Wembanyama is so compelling but then I look at the success rate for that height and it makes me want to take the unders for most future accolades. Maybe he truly is an alien who will break the mold, but I’m just nervous that he will end up as a “what could have been” types. Assuming he misses 5 more games, this will be already two years of missing all nba teams where he was a lock to make it.

Same feeling here, he fall down the floor too much, needs to develop more big man skills to be more durable…. His guard or small forward skills are nice to have, but he needs to play more like a big man to dominate
