Raptors 905 are doing great so far

Player I root for -- Olivier Sarr (brother of the Wiz PF/C) is putting in solid minutes but they have a scrappy group knocking out wins.

Amari is doing really well.
He's coming along. I expect to see him in the Boston Celtics Rotation, next year.

Top in the East with a month or so to play

Magic
Swarm (Hornets)
Cleveland
Raptors

and the West

Mexico City
Kings
Vipers (Rockets)
Lakers

Shaping up to be an interesting conclusion, especially if the MXC team goes far in the playoffs, which hasn't happened yet!

NBA G League Playoff Format
Below is the playoff format for the 2025-26 NBA G League season:

https://gleague.nba.com/key-dates
This season's playoff format will feature four rounds and 16 total teams, the eight top teams from the Eastern Conference and the eight top teams from the Western Conference. This is a change from previous years, which featured six teams per conference and saw the top two teams from each conference receive a bye into the second round. The playoffs will begin with three single-elimination rounds before culminating with a best-of-three NBA G League Finals in April, which will be played in a one-one-one format.

2025-26 NBA G League Season Dates
March 28: NBA G League Regular Season ends
March 31: 2026 NBA G League Playoffs presented by Google begin
March 31 & April 1: NBA G League Playoffs 1st Round
April 3: NBA G League Playoffs Conference Semifinals
April 5: NBA G League Playoffs Conference Finals
April 8: NBA G League Finals - Game 1
April 10: NBA G League Finals - Game 2
April 12: NBA Regular Season ends
April 13: NBA G League Finals - Game 3 (if necessary)

I love the optimism. :) I don't necessarily agree. There is a lot of turnover in the GL, perhaps if GL top players were mixed into a team for a full season - it may compete significantly. The thing holding the GL back is that top players are put in the NBA, and long term prospects are generally journeymen. EU has players that may also be NBA journeymen but their teams have more longevity together and chemisty. Overall it would be competitive to see a full series but we haven't quite got that yet.

BTW playoffs will be fun, lots of games to dissect!
