I think you are only counting the "easy losses" and not the "easy wins" like this one.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

I'm assuming we'll see all the same posters who posted after the Wizards loss?

Like this is so easy to do....lol

Yeah the Warriors are old and small, their bigs Post and Horford parked their asses on the perimeter most of the game and don't box out. Jackson-Davis and Santos are pretty good rebounder but Kerr did not play them. No surprise Scottie has a big rebounding game.

He absolutely should get all of Gradey minutes now that RJ is back

How much of IQ’s improvement in the fourth came from being on the court with Shead and being able to focus on his on shooting. I don’t mean that as a knock, his main talent is shooting. We don’t feature that as much due to roster composition, but we should have been leaning in harder while RJ’s been out. And Gradey’s had his looks. Give his min to Walter and Battle. If someone gets hurt and he works hard, maybe he’ll get another chance someday.

He deserved every one in the 1st half.

1-5 and had 1 reb, 1 assist and 3 TO

He was excellent in the 2nd half. Give him all the praise for showing up and being a big part of the win

IQ is extremely streaky, when his shot is off its unbearable but when he's on he's like Steph Curry, we have to live with the inconsistencies.

As soon as RJ came back the offence came back and everyone knew their role. Scottie pretty much took over this game for the win.

lol, it is a problem when that's the only thing keeping you in the league. he's also getting paid 35 million. it's okay to have standards and expectations for these guys.

When do we have the conversation about making a move for Curry?

My IQ complaints are more about what he does on the ball. We don't utilize him as a movement shooter enough

Wouldn't it be funny after all this time, center is where he breaks out.

Scottie is like what 6'9 245 lbs? He can absolutely play small ball C ala Giannis and thrive in that position.

It’s not a knock, IQ is at his best when he isn’t leading a team in touches with the ball. We unlock his offence by making him the SG basically.

He’s been doing that the last 3 weeks. It looked horrible lol.

It seems like such an obvious adjustment to make that has barely happened since Darko became the head coach. There have been many times in the past — and now today as well — where Scottie pretty much singlehandedly wins us a game by dominating the glass/paint while having the flexibility to roam on the defensive end and blow up so many of the opponent's possessions. Just an absolutely remarkable performance today from Scottie that was arguably a top 3 game of his career and one of the better individual performances we've seen over the past few years.

Overall, a massive win from a team that desperately needed to feel good again. Big contributions from JKW, Ochai and Shead while IQ and Ingram stepped up down the stretch. Gradey had some great moments with his activity too and Mamu did his usual good stuff. RJ looked really good early on, but it was about 5 minutes into the game where he was already grabbing at his shorts and he struggled from that point on. Definitely needs some time to get back into game shape.

Scottie has been playing small ball 5 for basically the last 3 weeks? They do it all of the time lol. It’s just very effective when the other team’s best rebounder only gets 6 a game. So not effective against traditional bigs.

I mean not really lol. Maybe he has been the designated C in the lineup, but we haven't been playing him in this role very often. We've generally seen Scottie out on the perimeter and defending guards/wings while Mamu and CMB have been "protecting" the paint in Poeltl's absence. Obviously the lack of interior presence from the Warriors played a big factor in Scottie getting 25 rebounds, but that wasn't the only team that we could be playing like that against. Hopefully RJ being back allows for more of that as he's been a pretty reliable shooter and release valve while he's capable of defending wings.

Even if it's just 2 more wins it's still 21-12....I feel like I'm being pretty conservative even with the +4 wins.

The Raptors schedule gets harder from here on so they really needed to build a nice cushion....they're top 4 in toughest remaining schedule.
