Cant we just trade him to a rebuilding team like the Wizards or ask the Pacers to do us a favour like we did for them when we took on James Wiseman?

That's just dumb to punt a 31st pick like that. The plan was probably to dump Temple this way if necessary. They got him to waive his NTC that he was entitled to before signing his deal.

I agree it's dumb to punt on Mogbo but its a much better choice to punt on him than Ochai who has started plenty of games for you. Ochai has turned the corner the past few weeks and is slowly looking like last years version. Ochai is just one year older than Mogbo and just a much better player to keep around.

Scottie, IQ, and RJ have been following Bamba on IG for a while. Seems like there's a connection there between the guys.

Good signing.

Like I said, Temple is the obvious choice here.

We just him need to grab boards, guard the paint, and space the floor. IF he keeps it simple and sticks to his role, he'll turn out to be a very good signing.

lol there were a lot of people wanting him on this board. Issues with work ethic from what I remember with his tenure with the Magic. Hopefully he has matured some.

I think he thought he was too talented to be out of the league. If he can get himself back together with Darko's guidance maybe we have a Wemby counter for years to come.

Good signing.

They played on NY and he's from NY so I guess they crossed paths at some point.

I was 1 of then a few years ago. And people always cited him being lazy.

Maybe him being out of the league this year is a wake up call. Hopefully he can just set good screens, grab some rebounds and the occasional 3 would be nice.

IQ and Shead could really benefit from good screens so hope they see immediate results.

And now it's extra fouls to go up against bigger C's...lol

He’s been with the team the whole time and celebrates on the bench. I don’t think it’s season ending bad just yet. I think they let him rest for a month or two straight and see what that does. If he’s still going through it after that THEN they may shut him down for the season

He’s the skill type we need regardless of Poeltl. Rebounding blocking shots and the occasional alley oop

If you look at the post rather than the quote he bypassed the filter.

Overall, I'm quite excited about this signing! We desperately needed this ages ago.

Just need to step in here and say that Serge was a very smart player for us. Precious, yes absolutely, he wasn't the smartest guy and that held him back, but Serge?! He was unarguably one of the most integral pieces of our championship.
